We are a collective of artists, arts administrators, curators, and creatives who are unified by the belief that art is pivotal to existence. The Bakery is anchored by a DIY ethos and embraces freedom of expression. From person to person, from space to space, we are unified by our core values - experiment, collaborate, play - and a desire to create good in the world.

Dear friends,
We are grateful to those - past and present (and future) - who have gifted The Bakery with their presence. DIY arts is a torch to be passed and, naturally, folks move on to other lives and opportunities. The Bakery has been shaped by many and will continue to be guided by those keeping the vision alive. The search for alternative models is an evolving process and The Bakery has operated as a haven and a home for people with the same dream. We appreciate you more than you know.
