The Bakery Atlanta is a grassroots arts services organization that produces public programming while giving opportunities to emerging and mid-career artists. We specialize in community building and we value collaboration and partnerships!
Here are a few ways we can work together:
Exhibit your art! Share with artists our digital art resources, frequent open calls for art, and that our gallery is available to rent for solo and group exhibitions. In 2023 alone, we hosted 18 art exhibitions, 16 group shows and 2 first-time solo artists. We have worked with local universities, art collectives, and emerging curators.
Hire us for activations! We bring arts and crafts team building exercises to corporate settings, community events, students, and faculty. We regularly participate in the Grant Park Farmer’s Market and have popped-up at schools including the LGBTQIA summit at Agnes Scott and at the annual DIY Fest at Emory.
Hire us for curation and art consulting! We have a large network of emerging to mid-career artists looking for opportunities. Let’s work together to fill your space with art that you love. We have worked with businesses ranging from a local coffee shop to an architecture firm.
Sponsor our programming! We are seeking sponsorship for our monthly programs that combined reach between 80-250 people each month in person and hundreds more online. Want to be a part of the fun? Help us make these programs happen by sponsoring us with money to support our staff and/or being an in-kind sponsor by donating supplies, services, or space.
Partner with us! We offer on-site and off-site programming such as Craft-based Workshops, Figure Drawing, Collage Night, and Open Mic.
