Call for Textile and Fiber Art
The Bakery is excited to host an open call in conjunction with MAPSpace’s national project, The Future Belongs to the Loving.
Open to all artists in Georgia, this call is for textile and fiber art that deals with, but is not limited to, the political, community, activism, or mutual aid. Please submit by 11:59pm on April 14th.
Call for Teen Art
The Bakery is excited to host our first open-call in 2025 for art by teens! Ignite uplifts artists from Metro Atlanta’s Middle Schools & High Schools twice a year. Don’t miss your chance to participate this spring. All mediums are welcome. DEADLINE EXTENDED to 11:59pm on April 20th, 2025.
Call for Models
Each month The Bakery Atlanta hosts a figure drawing night - join our roster of diverse models by submitting to our Google Form. No prior experience is necessary, but you must be comfortable with crowds. We encourage anyone interested to apply. Only selected models will be contacted.
Call for Speakers
Chit Chat Club is a monthly networking series where anything goes! Each Chit Chat Club features creative speakers, an art and/or networking activity, and a rotating food pop-up. This event is hosted at different spaces throughout the city each month. We are looking for artists, creatives, and entrepreneurs to give 7-10 minute presentations! Tell us about a hobby or interest, an experience you had, a lesson your learned, etc. Slides, props, and other visual aids are encouraged. Talks should be informative but entertaining.
