Come out Friday 4/7 for "if the stairs led somewhere I would know" a solo exhibit by L. Morgan at The Bakery South Downtown! L.Morgan’s welded metal works will sit as textural drawings on the walls. The exhibit attempts to detail, in physical and emotional space, where curbing uncertainty turns into skewed truths; altering the room held for perceptions of ourselves and environment. With some levity, she hopes to give viewers a reflection on nuance and trust when processing thoughts and information.
This event is also a part of The South Downtown Crawl, organized by the Atlanta Mayor's Office of Film, Entertainment and Nightlife. Come hang out with us and our South Downtown neighbors: Wild Leap Brewery, Newport South Downtwn, Centennial Yards, Cat Eye Creative, Earth Shaking Music, Topo Chico, Atlanta Film Party, and Underground Atlanta. The crawl will include live music, local artists on display and a film screening. Stay tuned for more info! As a part of the crawl, The Bakery South Downtown will host a performance from Rhonnie O’neal !
