Join us at The Bakery Atlanta's South Downtown Art Gallery on Saturday, July 20th from 7pm-9pm for the Opening Reception of "Pareidolia to Personhood" and "A Reality that Incited a Revolution," two bodies of work created by Leah Steiner. Leah Steiner is a 25 year old self taught artist from Chapel Hill, NC. While she's always been creative it wasn’t until 2020 that she fell in love with painting. First, experimenting with acrylics, oils, and water colors then branching out to explore charcoal, sewing, sculpture, and poetry. Now, Leah combines all these mediums to create expressionism pieces that vary in size and explore themes of duality, female sexuality, and Pareidolia: the ability to find faces in the mundane.
"Pareidolia to Personhood" and "A Reality that Incited a Revolution" are on view July 20th - August 3rd during events and by appointment. Visit www.thebakeryatlanta.com to view our calendar and email hello@thebakeryatlanta.com to schedule an appointment.
