Join The Bakery Atlanta and artist Violet Tobacco for Illustration in Procreate 101 on Thursday 7/25/24 at The Supermarket.

Violet has a digital illustration background in publishing and is excited to share what she’s learned throughout her career. With her guidance, we will define our craft, style, and aspirations for a job or hobby in illustration using the digital drawing software, Procreate. We will explore different artists, their styles, and how they influence a story. Together, we will lay the groundwork for a new illustration with fundamental ideas to get our creativity flowing. We will cover the basics and some cool tricks in the software. It's important to have a general understanding of the software because we will focus on creativity rather than technical side. Don't worry if you're still learning the app! We will go at the pace of the class and individuals to make sure everyone learns what they need for digital illustration.

Supplies: Sketchbook, Pencil, iPad, Apple Pencil, Procreate, and your creativity.

The Supermarket does not have dedicated parking. There are several paid and free parking options nearby. The entrance is through the black door located to the left of Colette Bread and Bakeshop.
