Every Sunday in May from Noon to 1:30, The Bakery is hosting community yoga and meditation classes led by Katie Rose and Nick Doris.

Learn breathing techniques to help you meditate deeper and achieve higher states of bliss. Gently flow through poses that will better connect you with your own mind and heart.

Yoga is for everyone, and all levels are welcome. Donations of any amount are appreciated. Please bring your own mat!
